    Hi Miss J,

It is Internet Explorer that is causing the problem.

In Internet Explorer toolbar select Tools, Internet Options, then select the Privacy Tab and uncheck Turn On Popup Blocker.

Are you using AIM express? A popup blocker won’t block the program AIM itself. If you are using IE AND you are using AIM express to chat, go into the Tools menu in IE explorer and click Internet Options. From there click the Privacy tab and look down at the bottom end. Uncheck the box that says “Block Pop-ups”. Click the Apply button and try it again.

Go to Yahoo Toolbar and disable the pop-block at the yellow shield sign. (once clicked it will show pop-block on or off).
Get rid of the google toolbar. How many do you need? Manage one at a time! Good Luck.
