Don’t know why you would want to do that, but need to know what browser and version you are using to answer. In IE 7 click on Tools > Popup blocker
Tools > Internet Options > Privacy > Un-check “Turn On Popup Blocker”
First, turn your firewall back on. Then, make sure you have ALL your pop-up blockers off. Due to my Yahoo! and Google toolbars, I have 3 running constantly.
