    Disable the Pop-up Blocker then.

    go to internet properties —->privacy
    check the turn-on pop-up blocker box

    Agree with others. Use Firefox. Make sure to install he AdBlock plus extension/add-on and also the AdBlock Filterset.G Updater (keeps your ad definitions up-to-date).

    Just about everything will be blocked. Also you may want to install AdAware 2007 to make sure you get rid of any Adware you have on your system.
