I think you are right, but also, isn’t the customer always right? She might be an idiot, but I suggest you just humor her.

I agree with you….90% or higher, I myself just have them switched off via my ISPs settings.
I don’t know ANYONE who does not find pop ups the most annoying thing!
I also reckon, the majority of the 1 to 10% of peeps who actually do have their pop ups not blocked probably click the pop ups straight off before they even take notice of what is actually ON the pop up (as we all know most pop ups are just rubbish!)
so yes, tell your friend she is wasting her time!
