Left Click one time on Delete Cookies left Click on Ok Left Click one time on Delete Files and Folders make sure you click to check the box that says delete all offline content and then left click ok Left Click Clear History one time Left Click ok Then just Click ok one last time you have just cleared your cookies and if you have never done it before you have also just sped up your computer.
