Preferences -> Content -> Block Popups
Go to the menu called ‘Tools.’
Click on ‘Options.’
Go to the tab called ‘Content.’
Uncheck ‘block popup windows.’
In the ‘Tools’ menu under ‘Options’ go to the ‘Content’ tab. There is the option to disable the pop-up blocker or edit the list of web sites that are allowed to have have pop-ups.
Tools–> Options–> Content–> Uncheck Block Pop-ups
Click on tools, go to options, select Content and then uncheck the Pop-Up Blocker checkbox.
