Download the Google Toolbar. It comes with a popup blocker.
You don’t need the pop-up blocker on the Yahoo! toolbar. Yes you can easily bring it back, but why bother. IE has a better one and it’s already there. Click Tools and on the drop down list, you will see pop-up blocker. Click it and turn it on.
