If you do not have firefox get it now and use it instead of internet explorer so you dont get any more spyware 1) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot do that now .Update it (latest updates on 14th march 2007) and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans in safe mode then run AVG Anti-Spyware Free Pop ups which cannot be stopped by pop up blockers are caused by spyware.
