i’m trying to get aim to launch and this is what it says:

You have successfully logged into Aim Express. However, we are unable to launch your Buddy List because you have Popup blocking enabled. Please disable the Popup blocker or add the *.aimexpress.aol.com and aimexpress.aol.com domain to the allowed white list.

Please refer to your Popup blocker software for more information.

How to diable a popup blocker?

I need help to learn how to disable a popup blocker then let it pop back up when im done because i cant download aim on the computer so i need to use aim express but ya well can you help me please thanks a bunch
okay it wont work when i click the disable popupblocker so is something wrong im confused because when i click it on aim.com it goes down but it wont show my buddy list and it says my pop up blocker is up so take it down when it really is already down and dont tell me to reverse it cuz i tried

I am trying to get on aim express, only it says i have to disable the popup blocker. How do i do that?
I am using safari, but if it is too complicated i can use firefox. please give both explanatinons.
